Court says no to replacing executors

A man has failed in his court bid to replace the executors named in his partner's will, reports the Daily Mail.

In the five years since Timothy Hadcock-Mackay died, a dispute has grown over the terms of his will, culminating in an attempt by the TV presenter's long-term partner, and 'significant beneficiary', Torquil Mackenzie Buist, to remove the executors. The request was rejected by the Appeal Court earlier this month.

The estate, according to the Daily Mail, appears to be very complicated.
