Mark Founded Wilson & Fish in 2011

Mark graduated from Glasgow University in 1989. He has worked as a Solicitor in Glasgow for over 25 years. He was a partner in an established Glasgow law practice for 12 years before setting up Wilson & Fish in 2011.

The concept of a boutique practice specialising in Wills, Executry and Estate Administration was based around offering a level of client service and value for money not usually associated with this area of law. The recruitment of specialist lawyers and staff and the use of advanced office systems and technology are key to the delivery of the Wilson & Fish service.

Mark advises client’s on Estate Planning strategies and helps them organise their affairs to ensure that their wishes are known and respected after death. Mark also has expertise in acting for foreign lawyers and overseas clients who need assistance with assets in Scotland.
